Carolina & Steve | Emotional and Elegant Destination Wedding in Aegina

Carolina and Steve’s destination wedding in Aegina, was a celebration filled with family, friends, and Greek charm! Travelling from all over the world to celebrate their friends’ special day, the guests were amazed at the beautiful island that is located just minutes outside of Athens!

In the heart of the Saronic Gulf, near the islands of Poros and Agistri, Aegina is one of the most popular islands for quick getaways, thanks to its proximity to Athens. According to the myth, the island took its name from a nymph, daughter of the river god Asopos, whom Zeus fell in love with and took with him to the island.

Smiling was the focus of this wedding day. Everyone was so excited, and it was apparent that they were having the time of their lives, so this gave us such beautiful footage! They were singing, celebrating, having fun in the presence of each other. The party was buzzing with energy and brightness and the laughter was almost contagious! It was one of the happiest wedding days I have ever captured as a wedding videographer in Greece and one I will never forget!
